Name has changed but same tricks/deceit/do not sign .. I signed a contract with this company after a fire at my home. They prey on innocent people at a time of crisis.Now they say I owe them money., although they assured me their fees would come from the difference between what I would have gotten from the insurance comapny had I dealt with them on my own, and the money they got. Now they are keeping an insurance check made out to me which they are not entitled to and saying I owe them money. Do not sign a contract with them. You will be sorry. Sorry computer made me give them even one star.

The WORST. Don't ever use them...they will drag out your claim and when you have had enough and want to fire them they try to pull some shady stuff. It has taken them over 18 months to settle my claim.

Crooks, just a bunch of sleezy crooks.. They strongarm insurance companies for as much money as they can with no thought of getting their clients cancelled by their insurance companies. Capitalizing on others misfortune...sad.
