forever customer!. Let me start off by saying, I have been to other jewelry stores around the Nashville area, with no luck on customer service or an impressive stock of jewelry. Well, today was different, when I went into Brentwood Jewelry on my lunch. I wasn't shopping for anything in particular, just wanted to see what they had to offer. I pass by there everyday, going to work, but have never had a chance to stop. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door, by a young man named Brandon, he told me where everything was and if I needed any help, to just let him know. I found myself staring at their gorgeous array of rings, necklaces, and the bracelets. I found one I was interested in and asked Brandon if I could see it. He immediately stopped what he was doing and told me what karat gold, what size diamonds, and what kind of clasp was on this bracelet. After 45 minutes of questions and answers, price comparison on similar bracelets online, talking on changing this or that... I decided to purchase the bracelet! Brandon, was so helpful. He worked with me on pricing and even cleaned my wedding rings while I was waiting on them to change the clasp, per my request. I'm so glad, I stopped in, I'm positive I will be back again for my granddaughters upcoming birthday! Thanks Brandon and Brentwood Jewelry! You guys are South Nashville's one and ONLY place to shop for jewelry!

cheap service. I went in to have a little ring put on a charm so it will fit a necklace. He said it would be done in a couple hours. I went back and it was cheap looking. It was not a nice silver one like I expected. I will now have to go elsewhere to have this done. I felt that I was a little more of a nuisance since I wasn't spending big money. I will not take in my good jewerly to be repaired (new prongs) if they can't complete a simple job to my satisfaction. They only nice thing I can say is that they were friendly, the men a bit creepy. Will not be back.

Super service friendly people. went in to have my wife's ring size that she had just inherited from her mother. At a place that we had been before Brentwood Jewelry we was told it take four to six day and would have to be sent off. We walked in to Bntwood Jewelry and was greeted by Brandon, we told him our situation and concernes. He said no problem let's just go do it now, my wife was so excited that she didn't have to wait any longer to get to wear her moms ring. We will most certainly be back with out a doubt.

Awesome prices, great service by far!. Every year my husband finds great jewelry to surprise me with from Brentwood. I can't rave enough about the selection, the staff really knows how to pick some great pieces that I love. (they must really ask some great questions!) I have never been disappointed with my gifts or else my husband would hear about it. They take pride in their customers and it shows! Thank you!

Best Customer Service and by far best prices. Wen to Brentwood Jewelry this morning at around 8:45 not knowing that they didn't open until 9:00, but a gentleman saw me and opened the door and told me to come on in. I insisted on coming back later and the gentleman from Brentwood Jewelry insisted I come on in. So I did and they were more than eager to help even tho all I need was a simple watch battery. It took less than 5 mins to change and it was only $7.50 I paid nearly $15.00 at another place last month. Well most certainly be back to see them.

Beyond Pleased!!. Really friendly staff. I had my ring sized & our other jewelry cleaned WHILE WE WAITED!! WOW!! Other stores said it would be a week turn around. The work was done professionally by one of the jewelers on staff. If you are looking for great service, this is the place for you.

BEWARE. Switched my diamond. Bought my wedding set from Brentwood Jewelers and planned to put a beautiful 1.04 carat VVS H stone in it that my husband had purchased from another jeweler. Owner wanted to sell us a diamond from his store and gave a written price; we declined since we had a far superior diamond already. When I got my ring back from him putting our stone in it, I noticed that the stone was yellowish and we asked him about it with no results. Had my rings cleaned and checked by another jeweler last week and it is a completely different stone with chips, a 1.15 carat VS2 N stone, the same one he gave us a quote to purchase and we declined. We are in the process of filing a police report and a claim with our insurance company and have full proof that they switched the stone on us.
