So disappointing. I was full of hope and dropped off some jewelry to have remade. The designs took forever and were not creative. Decided to pick up my things and try somewhere else. Picking up my jewelry he gave me back most of my pieces but on the way home realized that I was missing a bag of small diamonds. I called and he said he would set them aside for me. Well it's been a month and he "cant find them". Needless to say I would not recommend. Doesn't meet deadlines, loses things and uninspiring designs :( Still has no solution for the bag of missing diamonds. Now I have to go to the trouble to report the diamonds missing to the police and insurance.

rude and unprofesional. Jerry answered my call about an appraisal I wanted done, and told me to go to someone else. Then he hung up the phone. I strongly suggest showing him the meaning of business by boycotting his store! truly one of those phone calls that just made you want to throw the phone across the room when done.

Great for Custom Work!. They don't have a huge inventory, but for such a small store they were really able to deliver an excellent product. Jerry made exactly what I asked for, and he had so many other great ideas that I can't wait to go back! Just need to get my next bonus...
