Hello,
We elected Ruby Tuesday for dinner after a long stint away from what use to be a regular center piece of weekend dinners. Our thought was OH' the salad bar, how long has it been. Well, I will state the salad bar accompanied with the crab cake dinner sent us home full. Now for the second part of this story. Around midnight my wife woke up running to the bathroom in a fierce desperation, and stayed there for 12 straight, hours her body convulsing every muscle in an attempt to remove the poise from her body at both ends.
In the morning I called to speak with the manager, and after telling the manager Jo Jo the events which has happened, I was provided with a short and shallow apology. Nothing more!
We will never return to Ruby Tuesday, and if you do I would recommend not getting the crab dinner.

Rulin' Ruby's. When I first went to this Ruby Tuesday I was skeptical. Well when I went I was in for a surprise. I was seated immediately. The place was busy, but not busy to where you can't get a seat for 2 hours. The servers were awesome, I actually had 2 servers take care of me with one of them always visible, so if I needed anything they would get it in a hurry. The menu had wide variety to choose from, from fried chicken to a fish. The food was out in under 15 minutes, which gave me enough time to enjoy one of their wonderful salad bars. Drinks from the bar are awesome with there 2 four 1 HAPPY HOUR ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! But my overall exprience was awesome, and I would recommend this Ruby Tuesday's for anyone that wants great service, great food, and a pleasant atmosphere.
