A dingy, poorly run hotel. Not a nice place aesthetically or in terms of service. Air conditioning in rooms is very loud and service at breakfast is nonexistent. Exercise equipment did not work. Staff tends to stand around chatting with each other rather than serving guests. Tiny bathrooms. Public areas need a facelift.

A waving American flag welcomes guests at this modern, six-story facility in Brentwood's upscale business and residential area. Most suites offer fridges, microwaves, wet bars, coffee makers and sitting rooms, which include large, pull-out sofas. The 24 upgraded TCB suites up the ante with two-line speaker phones with data ports, a work area and snacks. The swimming pool is unheated and outside, and the continental breakfast prefers to be known as a bountiful breakfast buffet.
