Wonderful shopping experience. Costco at Cool Springs is my best shopping experience of the week usually. I have been a member for over 5 years, in fact ever since they opened. They have taken back all of returns over the years. I have never had a rude encounter there. They way they run things makes sense. The store is always very clean and is filled with fun and useful items. It is almost as if the negative reviews were written by Costco's competition. If there is a better warehouse to use in this area, please let me know. I can't imagine there is. Basically Costco has very good quality items at a great price.

Horrible Customer Service. After enough harrassing at the check out line I finally decided to upgrade to executive membership. After much confusion over the rebate you receive I went to customer service and asked to downgrade my membership. The two women behind the counter (one named Mary) laughed in my face when I explained my confusion over the rebate, and then they proceeded to change me back to basic membership, but talked about me amongst themselves, with me standing right in front of them, about how much money I would have received via the next rebate while canceling my executive membershipl! Why did they not explain any of this to ME when I came to the desk in the first place! totally passive aggressive and annoying! Crazy and unacceptable in today's economy!

Horrible first experience with Costco - Bad Customer Service. My first experience at Costco at this location was horrible. Partially due to poor customer service and partially due to their policy. Try purchasing one of their king size bed mattress and loading and unloading the cart, rolling it through one of their isles, and loading on your trailer and securing, all by yourself! They did not want to help. It took 45 minutes to get help. As a woman they even made me roll my own cart to the front and secure on my trailer. Due to their policy, unlike any other retailer or store I have ever shopped, they are not allowed to help you secure it to get it home. I dont understand why they sale items this large at their warehouse locations if they can't help you get it home safely and don't deliver. It took me over 2 hours to purchase this one large item and get out of their parking lot. Bring your own forklift! I'll never shop there again.

Boxes of consumer goodies are stacked as high as the eye can see at this international chain store. In Short
Formerly known as the Price Club, this large membership-only warehouse is chock-full of almost any consumer product under the sun-in bulk, of course. With goods ranging from high-end electronics to outdoor furniture to fresh lobster, this wholesale superstore has got it (lots and lots of it!). While the high-volume and low prices appeals mainly to families and business, it's not uncommon to find college students trolling the various aisles for free food samples. The various membership options offer a range of plans, all reasonably priced. A word of warning to shopaholics: If you leave home without a list, you might spend more than you bargained for with all the deals offered.

Not Good!. Nonething new in the way of warehouse shopping. Although, their customer service is extemely bad and their product selctions are generally inferior to others. Their only a couple cashiers opened at any one time, so expect long lines most of the time. You shouldn't get too use to a certain product, because they switch products more than their competitors. Don't expect to save much-if at all-since their markups seem higher. This place isn't worth the price of the membershp.

Some good deals, some different things, some nice cashiers, but lady, stop pressuring with the upgrades!. Geez! There's a woman at the Cool Springs/Seaboard Lane Costco that is in your face trying to get you to upgrade to Executive Member everytime you check out. Her mouth is flapping a mile a minute. It's really annoying and distracting; you can't think straight as you're trying to pay. Anyway, I finally upgraded; maybe now she will leave me alone. And even over to the desk, she's poking her nose in the cart, asking what are you buying all the time anyway?? You call 'em GROCERIES! Is that OK?? You may want to go ahead and get the Executive if you regularly buy a lot there, or you may want to go to the Charlotte Costco where they seem to leave you alone. Or you may just want to forget Costco and go back to Sams. Geez!
