Hired this company to replace our inground pool liner earlier this spring. After MANY phone calls (most of which go unreturned), it still leaks badly. When we asked for a time frame when it would be fixed, we are told "whenever we can get a man out there." In other words, never. I give up. I will find someone else to fix it. Be warned. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!. I am a general contractor and I have dealt with different companies everyday and this was by far the worst company that I have everdealt with. One of my jobs required a new pool liner to be replaced. This pool company was reccommended to me so I called. It took them about 2 weeks to come out and just look at the pool. After he looked at it I never heard back from them. I called several times within a months time to check on the status. Nothing had been done, and the last time that I called he told me that I called him too much. He said it a little bit differently with a couple of curse words thrown in there. I basically waved a check in front of his face and told him the job was his and cussed me out because I called him too much, which was only 4 times within a month! Worst experience ever.

Horrid. My husband called them in October to fix our hot tub. It is January 7th and it still does not work. They provided no updates thoughout the process. To make matters worse, they emptied the hot tub out on our steep driveway on a 20 degree day. My husband slipped on the ice and just got back from the doctor. I think that a one star rating is generous. A star implies something positive.
