Pro Bono. I appreciate so much that Reeves is donating a Port-a-Potty for the Harpeth Springaroo benefit on Saturday, May 19 for five people battling cancer. Thanks so much.
Unprofessional and Overpriced!.
He charged $75 for literally 20-30 minuets of "work". On top of that when he left, his truck had left a HUGE puddle of oil in our new driveway! I could have told you by looking at the truck that it leaked at least oil from a mile away!
Why would'nt you park your truck in the street if you know it leaves every job a quart low? I called his office and asked them to come back and clean up the oil spill, They said "cant you just wash it off with a hose?" I reminded them that oil repels water and then they said that they would see if they had anything to clean it up around the office.... One week later.. Still no sign of them. Anyhow, needless to say I now have to go and buy the stuff to clean up THEIR mess... They should pay ME to clean up after mess..
I will never give this guy a call again and I suggest you do the same.. Call a reputable company instead who takes pride in their work and do not price gouge...
Just honest hardworking folks. We were having problems with our septic system. They came out and pumped it (for 1/3 of what another company quoted us to do it) and told us what ought to be done to fix it. But, they also told us what we could get by with for now. We felt like they were honest folk doing an honest job for an honest rate.
Unprofessional and Overpriced. I called this company (be aware there is no company phone number - I got someones cell phone) and asked them to come and pump my septic tanks. They immediately told me that I need a new septic pump and quoted me a flat price. Keep in mind that they hadn't pumped anything yet. I said I would have to think about it and to go ahead and pump. They pumped and left. I went out and looked and saw they only pumped one of the tanks. The tank with the pump in it was still full to the top. I don't know how they determined that the pump needed to be replaced when it is still sitting in the bottom of a full tank - I know they didn't dive in and inspect it underwater. I called them back and asked them why they didn't pump both tanks and they said they only pump both if the customer asks for it. I said "how do you know that the pump is bad, if you couldn't see it"? He said either the pumps work or they don't and if it's not working then it needs to be replaced. They charged me $180 to pump just one tank and wanted to charge me an additional $80 to come and pump the other one. I would never use them for anything.
