If your ordering To-Go, CHECK THE BAG. I have had several times where I've come to get my order and they didn't put the cheese dip on the food. I always get the number four combination that has a chili con queso in it. It's like a fried tortilla shell with sausage and on top there's cheese sauce. Two times I've come and they didn't put the cheese that I've paid for on my food at all. Just recently I came to get the same thing and my order was the same and it also comes with two tacos, I decided to get two extra. When I asked the man behind the counter for two more tacos he said that the two tacos that came with the order were in the bag, and I told him I want two more. So I paid for my food and the manager brought out the tacos, two pieces of aluminum foil. It wasn't till I got home and realized that the man had put four tacos in the bag(two in each aluminum foil) so If I hadn't asked for two more tacos the man would have let me walk out of there with absolutely no tacos. He flat out lied and said they were in the bag. Always check your order when you are picking it up because they rip people off and don't like to give them what they paid for. Then if you call they will say they put it in the bag and basically get over on you. This has happened too many times for it to be an accident.

Disappointed. Always looked forward to going to Las Palmas because it has been good every time. The salsa has changed, it had huge chunks of tomato and thick sauce plus there was hardly any in the bowl. My (usual) changed. Different sauce on it. Plus it was bland. Very disappointed...

Hate to say it, but never again. I used to love eating here, and I loved the ability to call ahead and pick up my food to take home - until tonight. I got home with my order and found myself minus one bean burrito and minus the large cheese dip. So I checked the receipt before I called. They didn't charge for the missing burrito, but they did charge me for the missing large cheese dip.

I called the restaurant and spoke with a man who identified himself as the manager. For ten minutes, he continued to repeat that his staff said they'd included the cheese dip,and I kept repeating that it wasn't in my bag. I wasn't blaming anyone. I just wanted the item for which I'd paid. I even offered to return the entire order uneaten so that they could see there was no dip in that bag, but he refused to issue a refund or offer me any dip if we returned to the restaurant.

So I will find another Mexican restaurant for my cheese dip fix. Word to the wise - check everything in your bag before you leave the parking lot if you order food to go.

Decor is standard-issue Mexican restaurant, and there's enough seating to prevent long waits for a table. The patio is a great place to have a few margaritas with friends, but keep it at that. The cheese-loaded menu includes large portions of beef and chicken nachos and shrimp and steak fajitas. Margaritas more sugar- than alcohol-based are popular drinks. Desserts include crisp, cinnamon-dusted sopapillas.
