In Short – The rustic, country decor at this casual Chinese buffet may be less than inspiring, but its many faithful customers don't seem to mind. They keep coming back because the food is reliable, and the prices can't be beat. Several improvements are in the works, including a grill bar, sushi bar and dessert bar. The buffet caters to the all-American diner, with crowd pleasers such as egg rolls, hot-and-sour soup, and beef with broccoli.

This is my first review. I've been dining at Evergreens since I came to Nashville 8 years. I have never had a problem. If your looking to chow down on some crab legs and steak for cheap, this is where it is at! Your not going to be able to spend under $30 for 10lbs of crablegs anywhere else. They have a wonderful mongolian grill if the chinese selection isnt what you desire. Their fruit and dessert bar is fresh and wonderful, I love loading up on strawberries, grapes and oranges. I like the sushi, it's not the best I've ever had, but its good. Most people arent there for the chinese food, so I think you will find that some selections are better than others, and maybe they need to keep it fresher, but again, people arent going through it, they are at the crab legs and grill.
- Pros: Great staff, great service, lots of food
- Cons: not much atmosphere
