Caring Staff!. I hate having to find a new doctor for myself or my pets. Pedmeds was wonderful. Caring staff. The vet techs and the doctors are very kind. They are a little on the pricey side, but they are not out of line on their charges. I'm a firm believer that in many cases you get what you pay for, and the health of my pet is important to me. If you have ever had a bad vet, you will agree.

Compassionate and Friendly Staff. I brought my dog in to Petmed to have the doctor check a possible ear infection. From the time I walked into the clinic to the exam of my pet I was treated with respect and my dog was treated like she was top priority. Both the doctor and the staff were professonal and answered all the questions I had in detail. I was also really behind on my dogs vaccines and the doctor emphasized how important they were to keep my dog healthy. It's nice to know that some doctors still care about their patients and are willing to go above and beyond to take good care of them. Nice to see a vet clinic doing a good job!!!

Wonderful service. I brought my dog & cat to Petmed and I was really impressed. They were very helpful and extremely thorough. I took my dog in to be groomed and I really appreciate the fact that all dogs have to be fully vaccinated (either there or at another clinic) before they can stay for grooming. It really gave me peace of mind to know that they care about my pets health. I give Petmed 2 thumbs up!! As for the receptionists, I have never seen them be rude or "snobby" to anyone even when people are rude to them. Eveytime I go in they know my pets name and make us feel very welcome. I will continue to have my pets treated at PetMed.

Great Service. I disagree with the above review. When I came I had wonderful service. It takes time for things to be done right so I was glad to give them the time to do there job. The receptionists are very sweet and show a real interest in the animals.

Pet Care that is for the birds. We took our dogs (Yellow Lab and Boxer) here for a bath and grooming because our usual vet doesn't do grooming and they were closer than the kennel that we go to in Franklin.

The reception here is rude and unknowledgable and they take forever to get new pets registered (30 minutes after all of the appropriate paperwork was done).

They require a full imunization record for your pet, otherwise they swindle you into getting a full set of new shots which they charge way too much for ($99 vs. $45 at my vet).

I give it 2 thumbs down for a horrible experience.
