Antioch O'Charley's gluten-free. When my out of town friend visits me, O'Charleys is one of only two restaurant franchises in the city that accommodates her and her son's allergies to gluten and casien (dairy). The staff at the Antioch O'Charleys always goes the extra mile to provide the safe foods that they can eat without making them feel like they are creating an inconvenience. For people with allergies that means a lot. If you know any folks with gluten or casien allergies, send them to the Antioch O'Charleys. The staff is cheerfully helpful and there is rarely a wait time.

Incredible. Simply incredible.. I have heard of people that don't like O'Charley's, but maybe I'm just lucky. Every time my girlfriend and I visit the Bell Rd location, we leave completely satisfied. No restaurant has ever made me want to return as badly as this O'Charley's. The hostesses are usually really friendly and nice. Sure, sometimes, they're kinda busy and may not be really friendly, but they're never unpleasant. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is exceptionally good every single time I go. I usually order steak, because no place at this price point prepares steaks this well this consistently. At least that's been MY experience. And the icing on the already splendid cake would have to be the fact that pretty much every other time we go, the manager always greets us at the table and asks if he can help us. I've complimented him more than once upon leaving. I have never been to an unacceptable O'Charley's anyway, but this one is above and beyond wonderful.

Screaming kids and ho-hum food.. Screaming kids. Mediocre food. Awful service. Inconsistent preparation. If I thought the people who run O?Charley?s were really Irish, I?d be ashamed. And adding an ?O? to everything is also getting a little bit too cutesy for me. O?forget it.

WORSE SERVICE OF ALL TIME. WE HAD A TERRIBLE TIME THERE, WE HAVE HAD BAD SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE BUT THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A BAD NIGHT ..........WE WERE SEATED QUICKLY BUT NO ONE EVER CAME TO GET OUR DRINK ORDERS , THEN I ASKED FOR WHO HAD THE AREA AND TWO PEOPLE JUST STOOD THERE AND ARGUED ..........FINALLY DRINKS CAME............AND THE FOOD NEVER DID COME UNTILL I HAD TO GET A MANAGER, THEN THE WAITRESS BLAMED THE KITCHEN AND THE MANAGER NEVER OFFERED EVEN A DISCOUNT. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. OCHARLEYS OTHER LOCATIONS ARE GREAT THIS ONE JUST NEEDS SOME HELP ....BUT IT IS HICKORY HOLLOW ..............O THE DRINKS WERE ONLY PEPSI AND KIDS DRINK ...NOT SOMETHING FROM THE BAR ......TOTAL TIME OVER HOUR AND HALF TO GET 2 MEALS ....JUST BAD REAL BAD

Love it!. The food here is great!! The hostesses are wonderful!! Try to make a reservation if possible to avoid the inevitable wait..... Luv this place!
