Tips for Apple Store, Green Hills

Saved me Termination fees. I got to get a new IPhone with no extra fees. I was expecting to pay early termination fees, but they worked with my account until they could give me a really good deal. When I called to ask, they were uncertain but they told me they would work on it and asked me to come down. It took a little longer than expected but I saved some money and got what I wanted.

Fantastic customer service!. After finding out that my son's hard drive was fried, I figured we were totally screwed. The genius who helped me (Davis) said we were just past warranty. As I was beginning to bemoan the unfairness of the universe I realized he was saying, "...but we are going to replace it anyway." THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

Great Customer Service. Recently, while shopping at The Apple Store in Green Hills, Tennessee, I had an unresolved misunderstanding surrounding the price of an Airport Extreme Base Station. Long story short, I called to confirm a price before driving to the store to purchase the unit and when I arrived the price was different than what was quoted me on the phone.

I left the store without purchasing the unit and called Apple regarding the situation. I was contacted on the next business day by a member of their Tennessee regional management team.

I am writing after the fact to inform everyone of the exceptional customer service that I received from the regional management team. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I requested a way to contact senior management in order to personally express my gratitude and appreciation. I was informed that this was not necessary but I insisted.

My experience in dealing with the Apple management team exceeded any and all expectations. As a devout Apple customer (and fan), I have been sold on the integrity of Apple products since I "converted" many years ago (having purchased several Apple computers over the years-not to mention the multiples of iPods, iPhones, etc...).

After my experience with the Tennessee Apple Management Team, I am now also "sold" on the integrity and professionalism of those who are in management positions in the company! This could have been a situation that tarnished my willingness to shop at an Apple Store in the future, but after my dealings with their management, I will most certainly be back and will additionally recommend your store to everyone within my sphere of influence.

5 star customer service experience!!!

Customer Service is very poor.. I called about an issue with my new iPhone and was told to hold as they tried to find a solution. I held each time for 5 to 10 minutes each and was eventually disconnected by their phones (I was calling from my landline). I am usually very patient and the last person to raise a fuss, but by the 4th call I was ready to let them know that I was extremely frustrated. I called back at 8:33, although my first call was before 8:00 and received a message telling me the store was closed. To top it off, the hours posted on the Apple website say that the store is open until 9PM.

I have had similar bad experiences in store where service can be hard to find, yet the workers seem to have plenty of time to hang out. I generally try not to judge as sometimes it is hard to tell if someone is working at the same time. But after my repeat VERY poor customer service experiences, I feel justified in my 1 star rating.

Poor customer service. made us wait like cattle outside their store while sessions taking place. ok with that, but lock your door or place a cute sign on the door so we don't have to feel like school kids when they ask you to leave. doesn't feel good either when 10 blue shirt employees stand aroud laughing and talking and using ther cell phones (wasting time) while you wait to come back in to ask a 2 second question.
