Having only been to Burger Up Cool
Springs once before, when a Sharing Spree deal popped up a few months ago it seemed like the perfect opportunity to try it out again. My husband and I went for dinner a few nights ago and had a great experience! I went pretty basic with my burger choice and opted for the Woodstock (homemade ketchup, white cheddar cheese and Benton's bacon), and my husband was a tad more daring with the highly recommended Ramsey (pimiento cheese and Benton's bacon). He got the house fries (of which you can get unlimited refills!) and I went for the sweet potato fries (with the best aioli dipping sauce). And because we don't get a date night very often, we splurged on the Krispy Kreme bread pudding, which was wonderful! The service was great and the food was even better - I would highly recommend Burger Up Cool Springs to anyone.

Great beef used in these burgers. I
have been twice, and had the Aussie and the Black & Bleu. The Aussie has a great mix of savory and sweet with the pickled beet topping. The Black & Bleu had that sharp taste of the crumbled blue cheese mixed with sweetness of thinly sliced red onion. Awesome! The fries are crispy and perfectly salted. Yazoo beer on tap is just above freezing point...so you can't beat that with a stick! Great burger place. I highly recommend if you like a burger with an edge.
