Very Unhappy. I have the email to prove it! Now you're calling your potential customers LIARS! Right out in front of everybody? You made my point about this place for me. LOL

I called Tennessee Autoplex to inquire about a truck they had for sale. I'm a cash customer. He quoted a price, PLUS a doc fee of between $400 and $500. What? He wanted $400-$500 to sign a title and take my money? Nuts to that! Then instead of addressing the issue he patronized me by making remarks about me not knowing what I was looking at. I took my money elsewhere and got a newer vehicle, with 55,000 fewer miles for less money.

My buying experience was a pleasant one. Bobby did everything he said he was going to and then some. I will buy my next vehicle from Bobby and Tennessee Autoplex.
