Our mattress purchase was a little out of the ordinary. We purchased a mattress from Mattress Gallery Direct in Franklin, but we needed a delayed delivery of the mattress and box spring to Jacksonville, NC. MGD was extremely accommodating! We got a great deal on a great mattress. Since we were dealing with a third party delivery company, there were a few hiccups with the delivery (though no fault of MGD). Every time I called MGD my concerns were addressed very promptly and professionally. I would definitely do business with MGD again, and would refer them to family and friends!

I just moved into town from Oregon and needed to outfit four rooms with new mattresses. We sold all of our furniture when we sold our house in Bend. I went to several stores in town and found that Mattress Gallery Direct had the most knowledgeable staff of any other store we visited. I got the same Englander mattress we had before the move but paid half of what I did in Oregon. We are extremely happy with our purchase. I hope all of our buying experiences in Tennessee are this smooth.

I had a great experience with Mattress Gallery Direct. From what I could tell they really did seem to have the best prices. They made the whole buying process very easy. The delivery crew was on time and very professional. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to get away from the usual high pressure buying experience.
