DISHONEST!. Stay Away! These people cost me $1038 due to their negligence, and they refuse to reimburse me my repair expenses of $1038. They popped out 2 small dents in my BMW, after cutting small access holes in inconspicuous places. They failed to plug one of these back up, and the leak which resulted caused major electrical damage. The Miles manager even watched a mechanic demonstrate the leak coming from their unplugged hole. Don't deal with these bums if you expect them to back their work!

Miles Auto Spa ROCKS!. If you have not tried Miles Auto Spa yet, you are missing out! This beautiful facility sits across from Wild Ginger and the Mercedes Dealership off of Baker's Bridge Road in Cool Springs. There are several different wash packages and even very affordable unlimited packages which allow you to wash your car every day if you wanted too! While inside the beautiful showroom you can browse the latest and greatest in high-end wheels and garage sysytems or shop one of the trendiest boutiques around. You will forget quickly that your wheels are being shined while you browse through Retail Therapy. Think trendy tees, the latest "it" bags, jewelry galore, fun tops, pjs, candles, and gifts galore! You will never begin to imagine what you can find at Retail Therapy inside Miles the Auto Spa! Oh and did I mention High Octane...the Cappuccino Bar! Free wi-fi too! What more could one ask for!
