Joining Get in Shape for Women has been
one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself! I truly look forward to my workout which I do four times per week. (Who would have thought I would have ever said that?? I have never been an "exercise" person in my entire life, but it is just a part of my lifestyle now - can't ever see me not doing it now!) I have learned so much about exercise as well as nutrition. Nutrition is a really big part of the program. The changes I have made in my diet have not only helped me to lose weight (almost 40 pounds!), but it has helped me to feel so much better and have much more energy! People tell me all of the time how much younger I look (and who doesn't like hearing that)!!
The manager of GISFW and the trainers there are so helpful, so encouraging, and so supportive. They go out of their way to help you....they want you to see results as bad as you want to see them!
So if you are looking for a place to enjoy working out, to learn how to take care of your body through proper nutrition, as well as to meet some really great people along the way....then I highly recommend that you join Get in Shape for Women!! I give it 5 stars for sure!!
Get in shape for Women (GISFW) is by
far the best decision I have made for myself (other than retiring at age 55). Before GISFW, I was exercising, but not seeing any results. GISFW help me make changes to my diet and exercise and I've already lost 18 pounds in approximately 5 months.
If you are looking for support, fun and accountability in your weight loss and exercise, then GISFW is right for you. The small group training is fantastic and just what every woman need (you're not lost in a crowd). The individual attention and guidance from the trainers, as well as the nutritional counseling is A+.
I highly recommend GISFW to anyone trying to get fit, as well as developing a healthier lifestyle.

I appreciate the individual attention and guidance from the trainers as well as the nutritional coaching and support! In addition, I have learned many new recipes to make eating healthy & fun. GISFW also offers nutrition seminars for members too!
Excellent program--I highly recommend it especially if getting fit and losing weight is in your plan for the new year!
I've been training at Get in Shape for
Women for over 5 months, and it is the best thing that I have done for myself.
I have struggled with weight most of my life and have tried everything and every program. GISFW is the best of all of them combined.
It offers personal training, accountability and nutrition counseling and you truly see results.
Not only have I lost weight and inches but I feel great and have so much energy!
The truth about fitness is that you have to want & work for it- if you do, this is the place for you. The trainers are second to none... and will make you WORK!
That being said, I absolutely LOVE working with the staff. They have so much experience in the personal fitness field, they push you to your personal limit, and overall have gotten me into the best shape of my life in less than 5 months. Plus it is fun-great music, fun contests and lots of laughter.
The icing on the cake is the complete nutritional plan using the easy to follow website...*side note - I am actually not supposed to have any cake, or icing for that matter-except once a week on my FREE DAY! Yes, you heard that right — follow your tailor made food plan for 6 days of the week and eat what you want on your free day.
Overall, I have committed to not only a change in my physical appearance but have committed to a change in lifestyle with the help GISFW!

Great small group training and nutrition tips.
Get in Shape For Women has been a great experience for me! I have seen great results. The manager and trainers help you with nutrition and tell you exactly what to eat to see amazing results!! The small group training has been great motivation for me. Working out with other women wanting the same results you do is so motivational. Get in Shape for Women has made me be accountable, which has helped me see results. Getting nutrition tips everyday I work out has helped me stick with my nutrition plan and lose weight.
Everyone is so friendly and they truly want to see you meet your goals!!
GISFW is great.
GISFW has been the best thing I could have done for myself. I was nervous at first as most people are when they take on a journey they are unsure of. The studio manager is great and really got me thinking about ways I can make getting in shape a part of my weekly routine and to remove all excuses.
I love the fact that the studio is only for women and a small group at a time. You are never stepping over people during your workout and have you trainers focused on you at all times to provide tips on exercise and nutrition. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to get into shape and wants to meet some great friends along the way.
