I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE FROM ROTO ROOTER. MIRSO ZUKANOVIZ CAME OUT ON 6/4/13. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ABLE TO FIX MY LEAKING, BACKED UP SINK THE SAME DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FAST AND FIX IT RIGHT.

Excellent experience!!! Called them in the morning for an emergency sewage issue and they were there within a couple hours. It ended up being an issue with the line into the street and the technician followed up with me until the issue had been resolved.

Coming from a do-it yourself family I always hesitate to call a plumber. Ive had a back up that kept recurring.

Finally I called Roto Rooter. Bo come out quickly he was professional and friendly. He completed the job quickly and was knowledgeable enough to help me troubleshoot the problem and fix it once and for all.

We had a plumbing problem and needed it fixed quickly. We called Roto-Rooter and a technician was dispatched immediately! Bo arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took a look and gave us two options (along with their prices) for how to fix the problem, along with a recommendation. He quickly solved the problem! We are happy customers and will call Roto-Rooter and ask for Bo again when needed!

Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no leaks & my toilet & showers aren't leaking & vibrating anymore thanks to my plumber Mark from New Jersey!!!!!!!!!!I I know people don't want to drive to Portland, but It is a blessing to have someone that enjoys the ride from Nashville!!Thanks so much!!!!

Great Plumber in Nashville! My recent plumbing Roto-Rooter experience was excellent. Like many single women living alone, I am always concerned that my ignorance will be taken advantage of and cost is always a factor. I normally use the same plumber, but when my kitchen sink began leaking at the water supply line my plumber was unavailable and it could not wait. I live in a very old building and I have never upgraded the kitchen plumbing so there was no telling how many problems there actually were. I called Roto-Rooter because they give free estimates no matter what day and time, while many others charge a fee just to come tell you what is wrong and extra for non-business hours. Once the technician, Bo, got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bo was upfront with what had to be fixed, what should be fixed as a preventive measure, and what was fine to leave as is. He also showed me how to make minor repairs myself to save money in the future! When it was all said and done, I was very happy with the service and the cost. I even told my plumber what I was charged and the work that was done and he verified that it was a great deal! I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who is plumbing ignorant and wants the job done right for a fair price.

Top Notch!!!!!. Ah yes, the horrible gurgling sound of a backed up drain and toilets! Ugh! Saturday morning on New Years Eve. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get anyone before next week. I called these guys at 9 a.m. and Radeslav arrived at 9:45. He checked everything out, found the septic tank, dug up the access, snaked the main line, checked the tank to see how full it was, and then checked and double checked all of the fixtures and shower to be sure everything was running clear. He was also mindful of muddy shoes and took them off before going through the house. A great experience. I highly recommend this company. Oh, they also gave me a 3-month guarantee.

Doris Hosse, Pleased Customer. The plumbing backed up in our house and flooded one of our bathroom floors about 11:30 PM. The floor was covered with "slime". I was horrified. Now what will I do? It is now midnight and I guess there will be no one available at this time. In desperation, I looked on the internet in hopes of finding HELP. I saw a Roto-Rooter advertising 24/7 service. I called and within about an hour Matt was here to find the problem. He ran his auger and found debris in the line - cleared it out and left me safe from a reoccurrence.
