HORRIBLE COMPANY. Ed and Anna Shanks lie, cheat and steel. They don't pay their sub-contractors. This is why they have over 6 pool jobs partially finished in the Nashville area. Don't use this company.

BEWARE!. Working with this company was by far one of the worst and frustrating experiences in my life. We met with them, got a great sales pitch, paid our deposit and poof! We had to call and call and call to get our install date. Then, finally we got our new liner installed and once again, poof! They disappeared. Our "new" pool leaked, the bottom surface under the liner is like walking on rocks. We call and call and call to ask, beg, plead, reason for them to fix these problems and it's like it's our fault. All we did was hire them and pay them to do a job correctly. We are still waiting for the bottom of the pool to be fixed and we will continue to call and beg, and plead, and reason all because we paid them in full (stupid us) and they have NO motivation to make us happy. Now our only recourse is to post poor ratings on the internet. I hope that we can revise all of them some day and re-post how they fixed everything but i'm not holding my breath. BEWARE and if you are not, please do not pay them in full until weeks after the work is done so you have time to find any flaws. They might be more motivated if they are still owed money.
