ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!. I spoke with Dawn days before to let her know I wanted to bring in my puppy to be groomed. I asked her if it was okay to bring him in that morning and pick him up that afternoon when i got off from work. She said that was fine. I dropped off my pup as planned @ 830am. I arrived at 5pm and he had not yet been groomed. She said she had a busy day! It had been 8hrs and the only thing she had done , was to give him a shampoo. I told her I would come back in about 45 minutes and she said "okay, I'll have him ready. When I returned for the second time, she had her assistant bring my pup to me. She had only shaved the hair from his eyes and around his nose. Other than that he looked the SAME! What happen to the puppy cut I wanted????I told the assistant how I felt and she said she will let Dawn know, so that she could get started on the puppy cut that I asked for. I had to meet someone at 6pm, so I told her I can't wait, I'll come back. When I arrived for the third time, which was about 30 mins later, as I walked in, she mumbled under her breathe, " How I'm I suppose to give a full cut in 20mins!!" Keep in mind , she had ALL DAY and was having an attitude with me. I didn't let on that I heard the statement. At that point I was disgusted and wanted to get my pet and leave. The cut was choppy and uneven!!! he looked HORRIBLE! I expected for my inconvenience, she might have offered a free shampoo or trim on his next visit. Maybe even take $10.00 off for the gas I wasted driving to her business 3 TIMES!!!! Instead she charged me the full price. I paid and left! If you want to have a good pet grooming experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! very unprofessional and rude!
