Charged me $100.00 to use my credit card, I am not sure this is legal, I am sure it was annoying. The purpose of using credit cards as a vendor is the convenience of receiving the money immediately. The service charge is one of the many costs of doing business. When the finance guy told me it was not built in to the deal I wanted to tell him neither were the brand new tires on my vehicle.
Brian and others at Trickett helped us to find a new Accord per our specs. They searched several states to try and find the right color that we wanted. Eventually we had to order from the factory. Brian kept us up to date with the progress of the car until it was delivered. The new Accord is even better than we had imagined. Thanks Brian Pirtle for helping to make our experience at Trickett another great one.
