First time, I went prior to making an appointment to get a quote for my dog. The lady proceeded to have a conversation on the phone for 10 minutes without acknowledging me at all and then actually left the room for a few minutes. Then she gave me a quote of $50. I decided to try them out as it would be a convenient location. They took about 4 hours and the job was just average. Had much better results but was willing to accept for convenience.
I just took the dog for a second visit and dropped her off. They called back an hour and a half later to tell me they wouldn't do my dog unless I paid 75$ and they would not accept my coupons. When I talked about my quoting experience and how they looked up the breed they refused to change their pricing. The price is higher than all the other groomers around here, job subpar, and how can you change a price by $25 when nothing has changed about the dog (not bigger, same breed, same hair condition, no matting).
I would not go to this place again if it was free.
LOVE THEM! – They Do all 4 of my dogs Each groomer does an amazing job.
They Treat us like family everytime they come out to our house.
I wouldnt go anywhere else.
If ever in desprate need of a groom they do have to locations and exept walk ins.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! – My first experience with BBa??s grooming was horrible. My original appointment was for a mobile visit scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon. I left work early to be at my house for this appointment. An hour after my scheduled time had passed, the receptionist called me. She stated that they wouldna??t be coming due to a complication with their vehicle that occurred earlier in the day. I inquired as to why I was just now being informed if this occurred earlier in the day. She disrespectfully told me there was nothing they could do for me except reschedule. Frustrated, but in desperate need of a cut for my pooch, I rescheduled. Two weeks later, and the day before my newly scheduled appointment, the receptionist left me a voicemail saying that they would have to cancel my appointment because all their other appointments for that day were in a completely different location. Furthermore, she explained that a??she wouldna??t be coming tomorrowa?? because it was out of her way. I was absolutely shocked. What kind of business gives customer service THIS bad? It was unbelievable. I will never utilize their services, and I would highly recommend you do the same.
