Awesome, awesome, awesome. Can t say enough good things about Massage Envy. I ve been going to Brentwood for about 4 months now, and I ve had the best massages of my life - friend recommended me, and I can t wait to go back.

Massage Envy rock!. The therapists here are professional and courteous. Have come several times for deep tissue sessions and each time my problems have been lessened or resolved. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service received.

Awesome place. Awesome place for massage! I always have a great experience at Massage Envy. Went in for my first massage a couple of months ago, and they were extremely helpful in finding the perfect treatment.

Bad experience with this location-Do not Recommend. I recently scheduled a massage at this location for a Sunday afternoon. I later received multiple callbacks from the staff asking if I wanted to change my appointment to an earlier date/time due to cancellations. After changing the appointment to a weekday, I was called again and told that they had two therapists with the same name and the one they had booked me with would not be available. I then re-booked my initial appointment. Upon arrival, I was told that they had no record of my appointment and that I would have to re-book again for another date/time. The staff was not apologetic and offered no explanation or accommodation, indicating only that I must have called a different location which was totally false and I even showed them the phone calls to their location on my cell. All in all, this was a very unpleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone that reads this that they book their appointments at different Massage Envy location as I will do from now on.
