i and my wife had a great experience here at mattress gallery direct , the service was exceptional . They answered all of questions , took the time to show us several mattresses , and beat the other mattress stores prices . i would recommend going here first

My wife and I truly enjoyed dealing with these guys. They had extensive knowledge about the beds and helped us to make an affordable decision. We checked several other stores and found very little we liked and the prices were very high. These guys were even able to get us a next day delivery. We highly recommend them for anyone needing a mattress.

I did alot of shopping before I picked my new mattress. Mattress Gallery Direct was by far the best store I visited. All the others places seemed to have more of used car lot atmosphere. I have had my new mattress for over 2 months and it has made a massive difference in my over all health. No more back pain and for the first time in my life I feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning.

I had a great experience with Mattress Gallery Direct. From what I could tell they really did seem to have the best prices. They made the whole buying process very easy. The delivery crew was on time and very professional. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to get away from the usual high pressure buying experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE that lures people into their stores by USING SALE SIGNS ON THE STREET. The store manager -Bill is a dishonest, unprofessional, rude employee that will look for any excuse to avoid helping you with a warranty claim. Called the mediocre owner to complain about his Franklin store manager but he is just as rude as his employee. Stay away from this place and buy your mattress at a store with professional service and people.

Love THis Store. I was recommended to this store by my doctor and my physical therapist. The people a Mattress Gallery Direct seemed to know more about mattresses and back support than any other store I visited. I priced check them with other stores and the internet and they seem to have the best prices around. It can be a little overwhelming, for a single women like myself, to shop for a mattress but I never felt uncomfortable or pressured by the salesman.

It has been six months since I had my new mattress delivered and I love it. I am recovering from a major car accident and it has made a ton on difference.

Good Store. Good People.. I have done business with Mattress Gallery Direct many times over the years and they never cease to amaze me. There prices are unbeatable and their product knowledge is beyond compare. I have referred all my friends and family and they have also had good experiences. I hardly ever take the time to write reviews but I felt that these guys have definitely shown me time and time again that they deserve all the praise I can give. I promise you will not be disappointed with this store.

Mike the owner is a great guy to do business with. He has even donated items to our church's silent auctions.

BEST PRICES. BEST STORE IN TOWN.. My wife and I took advantage of the great Memorial Day sale they were running. We stay in a lot of hotels and we were looking for a Mattress that made us feel like we were on vacation everynight. These guys really know their stuff. It was the best mattress shopping experience we ever had. No pressure and the best prices we found in the whole Nashville area. We were refered to this store by our neighbors who have had their mattress form Mattress Gallery Direct for 3 years.

DISHONEST AND RUDE STAFF AND OWNER. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! My husband and I bought an Englander mattress less than a year ago and we started having severe neck and back pains a few months ago. There are deep impressions on both sides of our mattress and we can't sleep at night. We contacted the owner about the problem 2-3 weeks ago, sent in the pictures and info they requested, and were told today that our problem DOES NOT fall under the mattress warranty. The owner and co-workers dealing with our case were extremely disrespectful and rude, and at one point were refusing to send me an email/ hard copy of their final decision. Thankfully, we purchased this mattress with our American Express card. We are disputing with the company as we speak. DO NOT buy your mattress from this gallery. They are unprofessional and dishonest.
