Horrible. Had a horrible experience! The guy we worked with was nothing but a liar! He told us one thing then sent me the paper work to sign on our refinance and it had something else on it. Called him about the difference he was rude, told us that no other bank would touch our home and said we could either take it or go some were else. Then I asked for his boss number he gave me the wrong number. I finally got the right number from the main office and they still haven't called me back. We have been with Wellsfargo for 4 years and that's how you treat you customers. Its a shame.
