Great experience. They really care about the patient and comfort level. Easiest cleaning and check up I've had and they really nice too.

I would start with a general exam. The place is very comfy for a dentist office. See if you need more work and if you like Dr. Ricafort.

Response to JLPhillips. In response to Mr. Philips' comments, please know that there is no excuse for him having to suffer the way he did. At our office, it is our policy for a patient of record to be seen on the same day or, if he/she chooses, a day that is more convenient. There was obviously a misunderstanding between both parties and, unfortunately, Mr. Phillips had to suffer as a result. If you look up other reviews for this office you wil find our other patients who have made excellent, positive comments of their experience with us. Mr. Phillips was a delightful patient and we will certainly miss his patronage. His choice to see Dr. Singuefield is a good choice as Dr. Singuefield is a fine dentist.

Very Disgusted with Customer service!. I started going to Ricafort approximately 4 years ago with good success over the past years. Having broken a tooth and needing emergency attention I called and began my conversation with a simple, have you had any cancelations? Learning they had no cancelations I explained I had broken a tooth and was in serious pain and needed a emergency extraction and could they fit me in today (Friday... oh and go look at the office hours on Fridays). His office staff explained to me if they had a cancelation she would call me…. She called me back WED… REALLY???? What happened to Mon or Tue? HER FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL IS THE REASON I'M PUBLISHING A REVIEW!! After calling numerous dentist and two oral surgeons, I reached Sinquefield Family Dentistry’s office manager who explained they had a cancelation later in the day but asked me to hold for a moment while she discussed my case with the Doctor; coming back to the phone she said the Doctor would like to see you now adding the comment, “he would like to see if he can eliminate the pain until he could work me in” Kuddos to his office staff, they earned him 7 new patients! A close friend just happened to be looking and I had suggested Ricafort to him around Christmas, regretfully I told him about my experience and suggested Sinquefield after the amazing experience I had there.
