Bad Experience times 4.
My wife and I decided to go to Castle Dental becuae they accepted both of our insurance plans. My wife and children needed a cleaning and were scheduled an appointment sevens months out.
I was in pain and in need of a root canal. I was sent some where else for the actual root canal and told to come back for the crown. I was told the crown would cost $260. After they put they crown on, I was told I owe $510. They were also supposed to fill three cavities on the same day as the crown. They refused to fill the cavities and told me I would have to schedule an office appointment for each cavity. They required four office visits just to to put the crown on.
We have had to pay more than we would have a to at other dental offices just billing one insurance plan.
In addition, they were rude all three visits
Needless to say we are canceling all scheduled appointments and never going back.
Positive Note: They don't leave you hanging out in the lobby and are very quick with there price quote.…
