Best of the Best!. Mary Frances Parker, by far, knows the law like no one else, and she is passionate about doing what is right by the children involved in difficult divorce & custody matters. Her extraordinary tact and impeccable delivery are unrivaled, making her absolutely phenomenal in the courtroom! Her poise and charisma command respect and she possess a plethora of knowledge in this area of the law. Not only is she the best at what she does, she makes herself available to answer your questions and makes you feel comfortable thru the process. Being in a legal battle is stressful and Mary Fran helped ease our minds the whole way thru and helped us maintain the proper perspective that we were doing the right thing for my Husband’s Daughter. Mary Fran always made us feel we were a top priority to her and that our case was significant, despite her demanding schedule and all the other major cases she was involved in.



I am so grateful we found Mary Frances Parker to represent us in my Husband’s second post divorce legal issue where his Ex-Wife was trying to keep him from seeing his 14 year old Daughter. Mary Fran was very direct and matter of fact and gave us detailed instruction on what we needed to start doing and stop doing in order to support our case in this matter. Her advice and straight forward manner allowed us to see that taking the path of least resistance over the last 14 years had actually hurt us, and in order for my Husband to have the relationship he desired with his Daughter, we would have to make some significant changes in how we had been doing things, which included a strict adherence to the Parenting Plan that was in place and holding the Mother accountable for doing the same. We listened and did everything Mary Fran recommended, which allowed us to preempt his Ex-Wife’s plan to destroy my Husband’s relationship with his Daughter.



In the end, it was Mary Fran’s expertise, her professionalism and her prominence that were instrumental in awarding my Husband more time with his Daughter, a much more accommodating Parenting Plan that works with his work schedule, a significant reduction in child support and a sizeable portion of our attorney fees assessed against his ex-wife! Today, my Husband and his Daughter are enjoying a closer relationship than ever before! While stressful and challenging at times, this occurrence seems to be one of the best things that could have happened for our family, thanks to Mary Fran’s consistent guidance, diligent care and encouragement throughout the journey!
