good deal on nice recliner. got great deal on a on-sale recliner, but salesman not too excited about sell, or at least thats the impression I got. Maybe he was having a bad day, just not too friendly. Delivery guys were excellent- on time and called before delivery. But, I did think it a little odd- no tag on chair and no mfg. info at all on upkeep.

Extremely poor service. Love their furniture, and it isn't inexpensive. But beware of dings and scratches done during delivery or deliverying from floor stock even when you confirmed they had more product and said you would NOT accept floor items after seeing dings on them. Sales staff great, but why pay for high end products and have them delivered with scratches and dings? Management was NOT really interested in whether they kept the sale or not. Decided two tries was enough and got my money back instead of re-ordering. Still, I love the products they sell, and wish I could have received the items in good condition so I could have kept them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!. If you need furniture don't hesitate call or go and visit BF MYERS! I found a table that I fell in love with at another furniture store which supposedly had the furniture deeply discounted but after looking on line, I later found out was ripping me off in price charging over the suggested retail on their sale!....so I called BF Myers and asked if they by any chance carried the furniture or could order it and what the pricing would be.... They happily ordered my furniture delivered it on time and it is just beautiful for almost 1/2 the price! Thanks BF MYERS! I am so happy with my purchase. I will definately be shopping there first from now on.

Best furniture store in town!. I just bought furniture from this store and Beverly was my salesperson. She was amazingly patient and guided me through the whole mixing and matching process! I love the quality of the furniture! I had one chair arrive with a chip in the bun foot. I called the store and explained the problem and they said not to worry they would take care of it. Less than a week I received via Fedex a box with 4!!! feet. I was absolutely amazed with the service and it was so easy to deal with this company. I have another room to furnish and I will be returning to B F Myers. Thanks Beverly!!

customer service after the sale is totalling lacking. Terrible experience and customer service after the sale is totalling lacking. Ordered a custom fabric sofa on April 15 - was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It is now June 16, 8 weeks later, and again the date has been pushed back for the third or fourth time now to ship sometime around June 27 - which means I might have it in July. Faye in the office has yet to say, I'm sorry for the delay, usually it is just dead silence on her end of the phone...no ownership of the situation....absolutely no customer service at this point. I've ordered custom fabic on furniture before and never have I had to wait 3 months for delivery. NEVER!

Excellent Customer Service.... BUT....Delivery times are awful. BF Myers has excellent customer service. I think that you don't often get this from most Furniture stores. We bought a Jamison Comfort Choice and it is the best mattress we have ever slept on. Jamison will also take care of their customers. Their customer service representative is one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Thanks for all your help Jamison and BF Myers.

Best price, location, service, & products. We bought a sectional sofa from BF Myers before their big expansion. We were absolutely thrilled w/their customer service & prices. The furniture was delivered the next day by very competent, courteous men. I will be doing business w/them again.
