House full of Meth addicts. We hired Oxford due to the infromation in their proposal which states "Our goal is to take great care to preserve and enhance your property.A property manager will be

assigned to the daily care of your property, we treat our client's property as if it's our own and finally We

strive to be as hands on as possible. What we got was 3 months worth of a house full of Meth addicts , beat up cars on the property, damaged screens in the back yard,people coming and going , hanging out ,cigarette butts all over and finally our house was raided by metro police on 1/13 in which our door was knocked down. The property manager did not even know which house she was managing and could not find it. If they would have taken 10 minutes to check on the property this could have been avoided. Their only response was "we can't be there all the time" Do not bother to take them to court as their contract basically holds them harmless for just about everything. They will say what they have to to get your business , but once you sign you are basically paying 10% to have someone cash a check,and when we called to have a 3 month walk thru their response was "most people wait till 6 months".This Co. was disengenious , use at your own risk.

Grossly Irresponsible and Unprofessional. DO NOT ever give your property to these people to manage. They are bumbling fools. They will rent your property to anybody who shows up with a dollar and a lie. Are you a scammer looking for an easy mark? Have you been denied everywhere else? Do you have every intention of trashing the property you move into? Come to Oxford Property Management. Honestly, when I apprised them that all of these things had happened, they shrugged their shoulders and renewed a lease. Unbelievably, when I apprised them that the scammers had come to me and threatened me if I blew their cover, they shrugged their shoulders and renewed a lease. Oxford Property Management does not give a rat's behind about your property. There are many others who provide property management services. You would be much better served by any one of those.
