Damage Good. My first experience I took a Talbot suite in to be clean. It was ok, but the pressing was awful. It looked like a iron had not hit it.

Because I did not check it before I left and it was one item, I decide I would not use this place again.

My husband who did not know, decided to try this cleaners because it was near the Alvin C. York Campus and to support a fellow solider decided to take our Clerk Garments to them. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!

TIME LINE: TOOK THEM IN ON NOVEMBER 29TH - WENT TO PICK THEM UP ON DECEMBER 1 AND THEY WERE DAMAGED WITH RED SPOTS ALL OVER THEM. The young lady in the clearners told my husband that the Robes came in on Wednesday the 30 and their was a big brown spot on the robe and she sent it back. And when they brought it back on Friday my husband's robe was wrinkled and it looked as if it had not been ironed. My robe was full of red strikes all over it. The young lady called over to Heritage Clearnes who clean the robes and they gentleman Chris told her to tell my husband let them take them and use them for Sunday and bring them back and they would re-do the robes. (not exceptable business practice). The owner of Crawfords (was off doing Reserveds) told her he would call me. Has NOT CALLED As of today. Did not have my robes for 1st Sunday Service. I called Mr. Crawford at airport where he works (931-668-7050) left a message and he has not called me back yet! Went back to the Crawford Clearners on the 2nd week of December. No red marks are gone, but there is back specks, and break down of the material of my robe. It is horrible. I spoke to the another worker name Christine and she tried to tell my husband and myself that it was defect in the material. Not! I asked for the managers of Heritage of Murfressboro and Crawford clearners Owner (Richard Crawford) to call me or my husband but neither one has called today. Upon checking the information on the wall, the licenses has expired, the stated tax and threated to close the doors, the phone just got turned back on today. I called Mr. Crawford at his other job (931-668-7050) and he has not called me back. I have contacted my attorney and now enought is enough.

At this point is a matter of principles.
