Tips for Five Guys Burgers & Fries

Crunchy Burgers???. It's sad that this place gets rated as "best burger" because what they serve is awful. They do not ask how you want it cooked, they just grill it until it's a cinder. I like my burgers rare and instead I got one that was actually crunchy. And the fries are the super-soggy peanut oil-satuated "boardwalk style" fries.
