The rudest people I have ever encountered - including the owner. On top of terrible customer service - they ruined my hair. My roots were orange. I was in tears. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend this salon. I recently got a haircut and highlights. The cut was uneven my layers were terrible, also the highlights were not what i wanted. I bought a groupon and the coupon was for a "haircut" and highlights. the stylist said its a "hair trim" not a haircut. Also I waited at the hair salon for over 4 hours!!! I wasted my time and money. I been telling everyone about how horrible this experience was. I would not recommend this salon!

I got a coupon for a cut and highlight, and I brought pictures in to show exactly what I wanted, and the stylist did whatever she wanted. The whole time I was trying to ask questions and make sure she was doing what I had asked, but she kept talking and would not listen to a word I said. When she finished, I had purple roots with highlights. I told her it was not what I had asked for and I wanted her to fix it, and she said "Well, I can fix it but I'll have to charge you the full price on top of what you've already paid." It was a horrible experience.

Vanity Rocks!!!. Vanity Salon is a great salon in a perfect location...the vibe of Vanity matches up with the cool yet friendly and trendy vibe of Berry Hill...All the stylists are equally as cool as the owner, Angel, who makes you feel right at home and is the first stylist I've been to in awhile who actually seems like they want to be at work! Everyone there is happy and upbeat and the overall experience at Vanity is of quality service for color and cuts...and if u can get a coupon for first time visits...use it!!!

Love Vanity Salon. I went to Vanity Salon after recieving a coupon. Angel the owner was outstanding.

She did a color and cut but I asked her not to cut a lot, just a trim. That is exactly what she did. I have been going back for months now.

I also took my daughter who wanted highlights and a color. Her hair was beautiful when Angel got finished. We love Vanity Salon!

Magic scissors. I have followed Angel (the salon owner) all over town for one very simple reason, she has magic scissors.

My hair isn't great and I spend my summers tearing around in a convertible and paddling on one river or another. In short, I treat my hair terribly.

When Angel cuts my hair, it always looks great! Day in, day out I get compliments and there are no more 'bad' hair days.

I was delighted that she finally opened her own salon. Knowing her, no one at her shop will be less than top notch.

Oh, and did I mention her skills as a colorist? Yep, she is pretty darn magic at that to.
