I do not recommend this salon. They burned me during the waxing process and refused to issue a refund. I have filed a complaint with the state board.

Great service and super friendly staff!. i went into Nails 1st after a long day at work and walked out a very happy girl! i was greeted with a warm smile as soon as i walked in the door and was taken back right away for a full set. my technician paid great attention to detail and making sure i was happy. the overall atmosphere was very positive...the clients around me all seemed very pleased and the decor is nice. also, i think their prices are a few dollars cheaper than all the other nail salons in the providence area. i will definitely be going back!
