When I first arrived at the White Room, I was impressed by the store and their selection, but it was the service I received while there that was well above and beyond expectations. I had tried on what seemed like hundreds of dresses at various stores, but Miriam at the White Room was the person that found the perfect dress for me. My dress is amazing on its own, but she went so far as to help me accessorize my whole wedding look and even helped me decide on what to do with my hair.

Lindsey was great. I recently purchased my Sottero-Midgley wedding dress at this location. I called to set up an appointment and when I arrived the sales associate Lindsey was there to assist me. She was very young and at first I was a bit uncertain she would know what she was talking about, but I was very quickly proven otherwise. She was knowledgeable, patient and was not at all pushy to make a sale. She actually told me to go home and sleep on it when I was stuck between two dresses. I went back the next day and made my decision. I was measured, and the appropriate size was ordered. The dress came in about eight weeks as promised.

Most of the dresses at the White Room are very reasonably priced and of decent quality. The service was very good too. I would certainly recommend.…
