Lobster MAC n Cheese! What!. The headline says it all. My co-workers turned me on to their lobster mac 'n' cheese and it is AWESOME!! I had leftovers for breakfast and I'd go back for lunch if I could!

The BEST Chicken Fingers and Veggi side. Yolo's Chicken Fingers were recommended to us by a client of ours and we were impressed! It's not their fanciest dish, but we were on the hunt for the best Chicken Fingers and these are the best in Nashville. I chose their fresh veggies as my side and they were extremely tasty. Next time we'll order something new!

Getting Better. I have been there a few times now. The main reason I go there is it is the most convenient place to do "dinner and a movie" in Green Hills. When I first went there soon after they opened, my friends and I commented that they did a great job remodeling the interior of the space that has previously been the home of several restaurants. However, the food was below average for the cost. The last time I went there in Feb. 2011, the service and drinks were excellent. The food appears to have gotten better, as my fish was tasty and flaky. If they continue to improve, I will make it back there more often.

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I went to Yolos a few weeks ago with a bunch of friends. The food was completely mediocre, almost all of it came out incorrectly, the service was inattentive, and the place was just not worth going to. There are too many good restaurants in the area to bother with going to one that is completely uninspired.

To make matters worse: I sent two emails to the manager, and never got a response or an acknowledgment. Finally, a third email resultied in a very insulting and dismissive email to me. Since when are restaurants allowed to offend customers, especially one who goes out to eat an awful lot?

Do yourself and Nashville a favour: don't eat here.

Great Dining. I went to Yolo after leaving the Green Hills Theater which is next door. There were 6 of us at one table and all of us enjoyed our meal very much. The salmon was great and the sweet potato I had was huge. The atmosphere inside is very impressive.

If this review was a weather report.... it would read, 'fair to partly abysmal" .

Another big, boring concept with not an ounce of love in the food. Service was cr*p, too unless you think it's okay for the floor manager to walk around smacking her gum. Oh, also, if you think it's cool for them to bring your entrees out before bussing your first course plates then you'll totally dig it! I love being handed my plate, that way I can set it wherever I want!

Great New Restaurant In Green Hills. Yolo just opened in Green Hills a few months back and so I decided to give it a try. The sandwiches are really good and they even have a happy hour from 3 to 6 (I think). The best part is the servers. I just went for my third time and have had a different server every time ... but they are all very nice and professional. They just did a Groupon the other day ... if you missed it, you missed out. Check them out.
