Must love the tapas experience.. Must love the tapas experience. Definitely try the Brussel sprouts. I personally do not care for brussel sprouts but these are awesome.

Good food! Good wine special on Sunday. Everything was great.. untill our server made up answers about our food. He had no idea what he was serving...None..didnt know what cheese was what..Chef: Teach your staff what they are serving. They look and probably feel dumb when they dont know what the softest cheese they have is...and bring out the hardest cheese on the plate,

Pathetic. Would be the worst if not for Suzy Wong's who sneaked past and took the title.

Pretentious, overpriced, terrible service - get it all here!. A few friends and I met for drinks and dinner on a weeknight at 5:30, immediately after work. The front room was empty, save one table of 6 people.

I arrived first, and was offered a table (I must add, I had reservations) in the middle of the room, near the door.

I asked to be moved, since there were numerous options, and you'd have thought I asked that my glass of water be individually filtered. As if doing me the largest favor of his beleaguered life, the host took us to another table near the door.

The waitress came out after a much longer bit, I ordered my wine, and it was brought out in a decent amount of time. I must add that the wine I originally requested was not available.

My friends arrived shortly after that, and, over the din of the very loud room (looks like it was once a garage, and the large table had 2 very small children consistently banging on the metal table) we screamed back and forth about what we might eat and drink. We had plenty of time to study, even memorize, the menu, since we never saw the waitress again.

TWELVE minutes later, we decided we'd had enough. I left cash for the wine, and we got up, half thinking someone might see us and ask why we were leaving. Not so---we weren't even noticed. They probably still haven't realized we're not there, some days later.

Cha Chah represents the problem of so many restaurants in Nashville, and represents it well. While a great and lovely city, it's not a large metropolitan one. We want sophistication, not pretension. Good service is essential to the survival of this very difficult business. May I suggest losing the attitude, and concentrate on service and food? A novel concept, I know.

Of course, someone will have to tell me about improvements made, since my friends and I will not return.

Where's my wine???. We went to ChaChah's last night with great expectations, especially after having seen Arnold on "Top Chef". It took the waiter several minutes to even come to our table. After some time, he took our orders, but neglected to ask what we wanted to drink. I had to ask him if I could have some wine. Shortly thereafter our food arrived and still no wine. By this time we had run out of water. Never got a refil. We sampled several tapas, most were awful. The crabcakes and the chorizo balls tasted the same! At the some point my husband and I decided that we would just go to another restaurant and finish our meal. I would not waste my time or money on this restaurant!

Bad food even worse service. Decided to try this new place on Belmont out since I live in the area. There were things on the menu that "were no longer available". Why put it on the menu if no longer offering? Also, the servers were extremely rude and slow despite not being busy. AVOID! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!

below average. the items in the menu are very limited and they keep changing the menu all the time. Very inconsistent .. several times, the waiter told me that the items in the menu are not available. why are they in the menu then? I like some of the small plates but all the entres that I tried (e.g., shrimp with rosemary and feta chees) were really below the average.

I think it is very expensive compared to the quality of food they offer. The only reason I keep going there is because some of the wines are priced reasonably and I have wine and cheese. But otherwise would not recommend the entres. Overall, i would only recommend this place for a glass of wine and a cheese plate but the other things are pretty much below the average and expensive.
