I had less than a 10 minute wait time. As soon as I set down I was called in the back to begin work on my dentures. I received courteous service in the past that I needed to come back for more denture work after breaking the bottoms. The Doctor got me in did the work to begin my new bottom denture and right out so I was able to return to work. For my return visit they work around my work schedule. I highly recommend Embassy Dental of Brentwoon, TN to anyone looking for professionl, reliabvle, courteous service.
Excellent service. I honestly feel like Dr. Van Benthuysen and the staff care about the patients. I also appreciate the quality of care provided each visit.
Everyone was friendly. The dentist even did a follow-up call to make sure I was okay.
Dr. Van was replacing a cap done poorly by a previous dentist in another office. I'm immediately pleased with him work! A day later my bite feels perfect as opposed to the awkwardness I expected. Furthermore, getting a phone call from him around dinnertime the same day, where he asked how I was feeling, is incredible. I wish every business would handle their clients in this way.
Dr. Van is excellent as is the entire staff. I have never had a more sensitive dentist that gives a great follow up call on the evening of an appointment to check on my well being.
Could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone is very caring and friendly.
As always, a positive dental experience. This dental-phobe definitely approves!
I have been a patient at Embassy for a
couple of years. The staff as a whole offers a warm greetings followed by a smile. I always feel important, like I matter. I love Dr. Van and I love my hygienist. They are both very personable.
Embassy offers a variety of services which minimizes the need to find additional doctors for specialized oral needs. Recently, Embassy has gone with an appointment reminder via text message...which I love. I don't have to fear forgetting an appointment and these reminders have actual kept me from forgetting completely. I love the reminder system.
On the financial end of the spectrum...it is advisable prior to agreeing to any extensive dental work, to get a second opinion. This is just smart financial sense for anything pertaining to the human body. While Embassy's intentions are good, a second opinion can very well save a patient $1000's of dollars for dental work that can possibly be done differently and for less money.
I do believe you get what you pay for. I also believe that Embassy's goal is to present a solution that will provide lasting endurance beyond what other dentist can provide. So, regarding what appears to be inflated costs for services, as a patient...the long term resolution has to be taken into consideration.
Be smart and ask questions.
