TERRIBLE Experience. Don't Bother Going. What horrible establishment. First of all, my wife & I are out-of-towners but I heard their Christmas show - A Scattered Smothered & Covered Christmas starring Joyce DeWitt - advertised & thought that it would make a the perfect surprise Christmas present for us & I to travel to Nashville to eat at & watch the show over at the dinner theater on Printers Alley in downtown Nashville. I thus purchased my tickets & made reservations for the show almost 3 weeks in advance and made accommodations in Nashville a few days later. Anyway, I received an email a few days before the show to ask for "volunteers" to give up their tickets b/c they had somehow stupidly overbooked the show. Since we are traveling & this was the only show we could make, I responded letting them know this & that we would not be doing so. However, today is the day of the show & those a**hats disregarded everything I said in my emails & went ahead & canceled my reservations anyway without warning me & we now or trip is completely ruined. We are now in Nashville & we no longer can go to the dinner & show that was suppose to be a surprise Christmas gift for my wife. After repeated calls to the box office & to another contact listed in my surprise email this morning, I was finally able to get a hold of the world's least customer friendly representative who answered the phone & just didn't care. What a HORRIBLE experience. I hope they do nothing but fail from here on out & with this kind of service I have no doubt that they will. Avoid this place at all possible so you don't have to go through the same ordeal.
