best ever and im a man. went to both locations, the girls their are , cute and nice.i got in a room as soon as i walked in. like i said im a man so i cant take much hair pulling. got my ears , nose and back waxed , it was great diddnt hurt much , LOVE the results . cant get any better than this . and the price was out standing , been to other places in nashville , you dont all ways get what you pay for ,, but the wax strip you do .

Wonderful Customer Service!. You don't realize how much you need power until you don't have it. My best friend's wedding was the weekend after the storms hit North Alabama. I needed to get my eyebrows waxed and no one in North Alabama had power so I called Wax Strip in Murfreesboro and asked if they could stay open for 5 min longer so I could get my eyebrows waxed. Angel and her staff were more than accommodating. Great customer service and a wonderful job on my eyebrows.

KEEP YOUR BODY AWAY FROM HERE!. This place gets ZERO stars for customer service and quality service. I had a horrible experience with a waxer that said she had experience and lied. To say the least I wanted her to touch no more of my body.

The owner would not refund my money and wanted me to drive from Nashville to see it when the manager the night before already did.

You definitely get what you pay for with this place, which is unprofessional and lack of quality service.

Don't trust your precious body parts to The Wax Strip.

YIKES--don't go here. I went for a brazilian wax because I was sick of paying $70 at Gracies in Nashville. You truly get what you pay for. The girl was inexperienced and slow to pull off the strips which made it SO much more painful that usual. And I have a high pain tolerance.

The only good thing is that they give you a "touch up" card that is valid for a few days after your wax. Which basically means you can go back the next day and hope that they do a better job getting the places they missed the first day.

Don't bother--go to gracies in nashville for a brazilian.
