Easy Process!. I just purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback from Jim Reed. I was not expecting to walk away with a new car when I showed up but walked out with just the car I wanted. Quintin Siemer was great to work with and the process was seamless.

Great experience!. I had a great experience when leasing a subaru at Jim Reed. Kraig did a fantastic job. He explained everything and was very helpful. I would highly recommend going to Jim Reed on Broadway!

My Buying Experience. We worked with Mel Turner, a fine young man who did his best to be helpful and informative . Mel always returned phone calls and kept us informed about the progress of our new car's delivery. That was the problem. It took about five weeks for our new Outback 3.6R to be delivered. Also, I was not pleased with the trade-in offered for my old Toyota 4Runner so I sold it locally for a much better price. Jim Reed made absolutely no concessions on price , in terms of trade in or discounts on the price of the new car. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had.
