Our Family's Favorite Mexican Restaurant. Best Mexican restaurant in Franklin. We're at Terraza on a weekly basis--food quality is consistent--always delicious. Wait staff is personable, friendly, and attentive. Once our order is placed, our food is served promptly--I can't think of a time when we've had to wait more than 5-7 minutes for our food to be delivered. The fajitas are outstanding, vegetarian offerings are great! Try the cheese dip for a real treat--and don't forget the churros for dessert!!!

Great Food! Horrible Service!. My wife and I used to make the trip regularly from Spring Hill to the Nolensville Road location before learning this one opened.

The first time we visited the Franklin location the service was acceptable. We were seated promptly and had our order within a reasonable amount of time. The food wasn't seasoned as well as the Nolensville location but was still good. The second time we visited was a different story.

We waitedfor what seemed like forever before we were seated. Little did we suspect the wait had just begun. After being seated we waited a full 20 minutes for someone to bring us menus or even a glass of water. No one ever did. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. We finally gave up and went to Panchos

I don't care how good the food is I'm not willing to wait that long for service when the location isn't busy.

The food at Panchos isn't quite as good but the service is better. Pueblo Real on West Main has better food and much better customer service.
