Easily the best OBGYN I have ever been to. Pros: Dr Thomas is very easy to talk to. He is informative and happy to answer questions. On my first visit, before going into the exam room he sat down with me in his office and discussed past history as well as any concerns I had. I have never had a doctor spend that much time listening to me! Exam was quick and painless, so to speak. Plenty of pictures of babies to look at, on the walls and in photo books to give you something to do and make it less uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and polite.

Cons: They seem to be pretty busy so there is a small wait but then again I've never not waited at a doctors office. Also, I had a bit of a problem trying to schedule an appointment. Dr Thomas is only there on certain days or only there a half day, so it was a little bit difficult for me to find an appointment time that worked with my schedule.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Thomas to anyone looking for a new OBGYN.

Great docotors and staff but a little uninformative. I love my doctor at Cool Springs OB/GYN BUT I almost feel that I am not suppose to ask questions. I feel like they act as though im questioning their judgement when usually my suspicions or worrys turn out to be true. I know my body and the way it responds but im treated as though everyone is the same and the medications they prescribe should affect everyone the same. I feel as though im a child and they are the parent and i should just do as they say with no questions asked. Then when i do ask questions im given a quick yes or no answer and no information. I am also an easy patient and NEVER go to the doc unless i HAVE to o...much less call! The office has become very overrun with patients and wait time can sometimes take a while.

The goods...I LOVE the staff! They know me when i call and are the kindest people. I do feel as though its a true christian based office and Dr. Thomas even has prayed for me, my unborn, and my family. He is very sweet and down to earth. Young and knowledgeable. And excellent bedside manner! Very sweet, gentle, and caring.Catch him when hes not in a hurry and he will sit down and talk to you like a best friend. He is from India BUT raised in America meaning he is very american...lol. I also might add...he's easy on the eyes! lol!
