Excellent Service, Friendly, Honest & Reputable. I disagree with the other 2 reviews. I have been shopping in this business for over 8 years; I flat out wouldn't go anywhere else. Ever notice they are always busy, that alone shows you they are doing something right, it is called REPEAT BUSINESS. I have always received good knowledgeable service when making automotive service decisions. The prices are very competitive & they treat my car like it was their own. To be such a fast past business, they are realistic when it comes to time & cost. I know when they quote me a price they aren't selling hype, they stand behind there quote. I have compared them against other tire shops and found that if the price sounds to good to be true, it must mean the hidden charges are coming. And finally, lady the Ruthies are completely OVER RATED, anyone with a computer can vote over and over. I encourage anyone to give them a try. There is a reason why they are the OLDEST TIRE DEALER in Murfreesboro, they do GOOD BUSINESS!

Not #1 Anymore. I have been buying my tires for Southeastern for the last 20 years with little to no problems. The last time I purchased tires here, it seemed like they didn't have time to deal with me. Just to get them on and push me out the door! They have been rated #1 tire store in Rutherford County for the last time in my opinion. Their service and hometown feel has disappeared. You can get tires anywhere, but the staff is what makes the real difference.

DISCOUNT TIRES will be earning my business for the next 20 yrs. They are much cheaper for the same products and a lot more caring.

Disappointed in management handling of employees. Do not work as a team. The competitivness for employees is high therfore creating a tense working environment. Not very pleasant wait for vehicle. Will not go again.The service was good, but the employees were tense and I was not impressed with the way a "letgo" took place while I was there .The young man in questions was not listened to. His side of the story was never heard. It appeared there was more to the story. Folks we live in America. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. Very disappointed in management.
