Just like the previous posts...Advanced Air DOES NOT do what they say! 2 weeks ago we too had a mitigation system installed. They said they would leave the mitigation tester at my home for 48 hours. Well they didn't leave it. I called right away with no answer. They never answer the phone or return any of my calls. I have called at least a dozen times to no avail. It now has been 2 weeks with no response from them at all. Don't know how these guys can stay in business. Terrible experience! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! TERRIBLE !
Will sell you a system, will not follow up.. I had Greg install a radon mitigation system about 2 years ago. After several phone calls to come and test the first unit they finally did. The test results were too high. They enlarged the hole under the cement. Re-tested. Results still too high. They installed a larger unit. This is where I can not get Greg to return my call to come and re-test the new larger unit. After 3 weeks of phone calls, text messages Greg has not returned my call as of 2/16/11. Very poor customer service.
Greg Doesn't honor his contract!. I agreed to have my home mitigated for radon and then tested to make sure the work was successfull in the reduction of radon gas. We had a contract for $1090.00. After installing the system Greg never returned my phone calls to return and retest the air. He has simply taken the check never to be heard of again. If I had known this was his intentions, I wouldn't have paid him the amount he requested till all work was complete.
