100% Guarantee is a joke. the owner would not even come to my house to see that the carpet was not clean at all.

I really wish I had done a little more research before letting this company rip me off.

According to information in BBB files, Jermie England was formerly located in Florida where he was arrested on charges in 2006 for "scheme to defraud" while working for a carpet cleaning company.

Specifically, Mr. England took advantage of an elderly customer who contacted him for carpet stretching services by claiming the home was filled with mold and charging her 10 times the actual cost for the services rendered. In 2008, Mr. England was found guilty, ordered to pay civil restitution in the amount of $133,650.00, and served jail time for the offense.

i definitely believe starsandstripescleaning is the best carpet cleaning company in nashville. they are quick, punctual, and the staff is extremely trustworthy. we left the house and let the guys work, and everything was still there!

starsandstripes cleaning is definitely one of the best service companies out there. heres what happened at my house

a service technician came, and saw that the work I had was more than I had said (oops my fault totally). I told him I was on a schedule and had to leave soon, so instead of wasting time and working alone, he went out of his way, called in another 2 technicians, and they made sure to accomodate my schedule and finish asap.

Worst service ever. They didn't even bother to show up. Eventually I called to see when they would be arriving, and they said they wouldn't be. No attempt to honor their committment whatever. Pitiful!

BUYER BEWARE!!! The so-called guarantee is absolutely not real. The owner, Jeremie England, is rude and unprofessional when contacted about an issue. He not only refused to honor his guarantee, he refused to accept genuine feedback about his employee and ultimately hung up on me. My issues? The tech did not move ANY furniture (not even the ficus tree in the corner), charged me $80 to clean a sofa that looks worse than when he started, added an additional $40 to clean a 3x5 hallway, and couldnt even be bothered to vacuum up cat litter out of the carpet. Terrible job, unprofessional and a rip off. Oh and check the BBB website - not only is this company not recommended, the owner was sent to jail in Florida for defrauding an elderly woman through his carpet cleaning company.
