I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only one that thinks Jermie, the owner, is unprofessional. I never heard back from them on when my rug would be returned (4 days was what I was told) so after 7 I discovered the tech that had taken my rug had been fired and no one knew where my rug was. This is a a $1700 rug so I was not happy and the guy had the nerve to get upset with me for expecting him to know where it was when the employee had been fired. Then they finally returned it to me with new stains on the back side that looked like dirt and he said I gave it to them that way...impossible...brand new run on a brand new floor that was never moved from that spot. Their process somehow stained the backside of my rug..thankfully the front looks fine. Never use them!!!

Great Cleaning. I used Stars and Stripes to clean the carpets and rugs at my home. I live in a large home in Goodlettsville. They were polite and did exactly as I requested. The carpets and rugs were spotless and smelled like they were new again. I highly recommend them. I will certainly use them again.

Do not use Stars and Stripes! I have hired numerous Nashville-based companies to clean my carpets over the years and never had a problem. However, when Stars and Stripes finished "steam cleaning" my mildly soiled carpet there was only marginal improvements. I immediately contacted them regarding my dissatisfaction, but the manager never returned my numerous calls or emails. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is a joke, because it only applies if you purchase their overpriced and unnecessary extra services. In fact, I was able to remove most of the stains they could not get out with their "professional grade equipment" with some soapy water and a scrub brush. After paying over $250 to have 5 rooms, a hallway, and steps steamed cleaned, I am very disappointed with the quality of their work, customer service, and management. Once they have your money, good luck trying to get them to remedy the problem.

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. As a business owner myself, I realize how customer service and integrity is key to a successful business. Not only is This carpet cleaning service a misleading., rude, unprofessional owned and operated business, they are void of any customer service. The owner Jeremy has serious anger issues and very unprofessional phone manners. His total disregard for customer complaints and satisfaction permiate into using threats of legal action to collect money for a service that was NOT performed to my satisfaction. He is a bully. I am disgusted with the misrepresentation and the total disregard for the truth. I caution anyone who considers this company for services to STOP! Be more diligent than I was...read the reviews from other customers...the real reviews!!! I have placed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to speak up for consumers who fall prey to these unethical practices.Unfortunately, using the "STARS & STRIPES" name is so misleading and a horrible representation of our flag. Shame on YOU!

This company is by far the worst I've ever tried to work with. The owner Jeremy, is the RUDEST human being I have ever encountered. I had an appointment that gave a 2 hour arrival window (8-10) and when that time had come and gone with no call or no show I called the company. I reached the owner and was expecting a friendly voice that would be glad to help me. NOT AT ALL !!! He said that I was the 5th call this morning that had an appointment that he had no knowledge of. Apparently, he had to fire his secretary, Camile. I needed to have my carpet cleaned today as I am having a big family dinner this weekend. He said that he could get someone out here that day which was great but when I tried to secure the price that I was given he became rude, since I wasn't going to fall for the ol' bait and switch, and told me to call someone else. Stunned at getting hung up on by a company that I was willing to pay for services, I called back. I told Jeremy that I still wanted to use their service and he abruptly told me "I'm refusing your service call another company." I called my husband and told him what had happened so he then called to speak to Jeremy. And he too was told to call someone else and hung up on. Either he doesn't need the money or he must have alot of suckers on his client list. Please whatever you do don't use this company. They quote you one price and ask you to pay another. Not to mention the business being ran by a man that is in bad need of customer service skills.

Awful company. Word of advice: cool it with the upsells! They come out to do 5 rooms for $90 and then try to get us to pay $400? Please. The guys lies through his teeth and says 'whoever cleaned this before didn't do it right and left soap in it so I can't guarantee the work unless you buy the pretreatment and deep cleaning' Ok guy. The carpets were new when we moved in and we've not had anyone clean them. Nice try. He didn't even bother to move any furniture (not even a couch or chair!!) even though their website says they will. Total waste of money. (by the way, can you not tell all these fake reviews they keep posting on here - all with the same date and signed with the full name?). I hope the BBB takes away their business license. Also did not show up for first appt. Avoid avoid avoid.

By far the worst bait and switch experience ever they say 4 rooms for 90.00 not true I got 1 room and 13 steps done it's cost 105.00 70.00 for the one room minimum cost I refused the 189.00 deal of pre-spot cleaning since I expected 4 rooms for 90.00. At the end my one room looked worse than before it as soppy wet I asked if a step could be done over he said no you should have got the pre treatment so I waisted 105.00 for a carpet that was wet unclean and I would not recommend this company to anyone. VERY DIS SATISFIED AWFUL JOB WORST WAIST OF MONEY EVER I'LL USE STANLEY STEAMER THEY AT LEAST CLEANED MY CARPET!!!!!!

Very Satisfied. I would like to leave a review about the secretary at stars and stripes. She was very helpful and answered all my questions, and I had alot, I had never had my carpets cleaned before. Now that my carpets have been cleaned all I can say is I AM IMPRESSED.

Professional. If you want a company that knows what they are doing, Stars and Stripes is your company. I had Jermie come out and clean my carpets. They look wonderful and smell absolutely good. And thanks for the Thank You card you guys sent me.
