Be aware that inside reviews are prevalent on this site. My experience was not at all like the others. Rude staff and would not give me my x-rays. Had to get BCBS and BBB involved to get what I paid for. These people will hold you hostage!

On Friday, Sept. 07, 2012 I had oral surgery performed by Dr. Hoang Nguyen and his assistant, Joan, and I could not be happier. I was awake during the surgery, and this is a team who are definitely interested in their patient. It was a privilege to hear them talk their way through the surgery. I have had no post surgery pain, minimal swelling, and very little bleeding. I am writing this on Sunday, Sept. 09, 2012, and I would recommend them and Aspen Dental to anyone.

The staff at this location is excellent. Everyone showed a definite interest in me and my problem. This courtesy was also extended to my wife and daughter. No one took any shortcuts. They explained everything in detail, and I do mean detail.

We are new to Middle Tennessee, and by seeing their add in the Yellow Pages, they have lived up to their advertisement.

The Best Dental Clinic in the WORLD!!!!. I don't know where to begin with this clinic. Ultimately, all I can really say is that this clinic has the most amazing and awesome staff. From Bianca and Pone (the dental assistants), to Laurie (the hygienist), to Tracy (the Clinic Manager), Aubrey (the financial coordinator), Monica (the Regional Manager), Sally (the phenomenal manufacturer), Cori (front office), and of course, Dr. Ray Holmes himself....these are the most caring, personal, amazing people that I have ever encountered in a medical facility. EVERY ONE OF THEM were kind and sweet to me. As far as Dr. Holmes goes, I am beyond words. I only wish that I would have met him years ago. His chairside manner is unequivocably the greatest I have ever encountered. He actually takes time to listen to every little whimper I have regarding my mouth....and actually DOES SOMETHING to help. Even after the work is done, I still enjoy sitting and chatting with him about life. He is probably one of the most awesome people I have met...someone you would probably be friends with outside of the clinic. Because of Dr. Holmes and his staff, I will ALWAYS refer everyone to Aspen Dental - Smyrna. Shawn P.
