I would highly suggest Fender Bender for any repair. I was pulling out of a parking garage and hit a pole, which resulted in denting and scraping the right side of my car. They had to even repaint the door, which you can't tell anything ever happened now. Mike, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly. His team even took the time and cleaned the rest of the car to make it look spotless. Other places were estimating the damage price twice as high as Fender Bender. They were easy to work with and fairly priced. The whole experience was stress free.

Let me just start off by saying that I had misgivings about taking my car to a repair shop. Like many of you, I've always been skeptical of what will be said and done. But the people at Fender Bender turned around my way of thinking. Let me explain...

First and foremost, I was desperately searching for a reputable place that offers good service at affordable prices. After some careful research, I discovered Fender Bender. So I visited this car repair shop (in February 2013) to discuss having some major work done to my 2000 Honda Odyssey. It was quite messed up in the front, with dents from one end to the other, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised when I met the owner. I must take the time to mention that he's such an affable fellow. He's definitely a "people" person. I liked him immediately. Not only did he make me feel comfortable, but he also set my mind at ease. And I could tell that he was in the business because he enjoyed it. He's a positive guy with a cheery disposition. I can't imagine anyone disliking him.

The owner patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered my endless list of questions. I did not feel in any way that I was being rushed or that I wasn't important. Then he carefully explained everything and gave me a really good quote on the labor. (TRUST ME: His costs are very reasonable!) There was never a point in our discussion that I felt as if I were being conned or "taken for a ride," so to speak. So I left my car with him; and I knew that they were going to do a "bang-up" job!

Before I knew it, my car was done and ready to be picked up...thanks to the employees' efficiency. When I got to the shop, I honestly didn't recognize my van! It was quite a WOW moment. It's a true reflection of the guys working there. They're obviously skilled at their craft; and because of their impeccable attention to detail, nothing was overlooked.

Since taking my car to Fender Bender, everyone has been paying me compliments on its exceptional appearance. I'm ACTUALLY a little jealous! Anyway, I'm a very satisfied customer...for life, needless to say. FENDER BENDER IS AWESOME.

I was recently involved in an accident that resulted in serious front end damage and and an assortment of minor damages, to my 2008 Ram Laramie 4x4. I met with Mike and his crew and from that day forward they handled everything, especially with my insurance co. going to bat for me when O.E.M. parts needed to be used & not secondary mkt. parts. This truck, prior to the accident, didn't have a squeak or rattle and I was pleasantly surprised that even with frame straighting I got my truck back with ALL the repairs looking showroom new, and not a single squeak or rattle. I would highly recommend Fender Bender in Franklin, Tn. to anyone looking for a real conscientious repair shop. One other perk is Mike's close relationship with Enterprise car rental, just two doors down!

I searched for about 2 months to find the perfect shop to restore my 1972 Blazer. What Mike and his team did in 3 short weeks was amazing. The Body off paint job i received i was told would have cost me over 12,000 dollars by a few other shops. I paid a fraction of that and i must say my Blazer is flawless... I went over it with a fine tooth comb.

Not only did Mike and his team paint my truck but they replaced the master cylinder,changed the brakes and a host of other mechanical fetes.

By far the best paint shop in Franklin TN... heck for that matter TN. I challenge anyone to find a supior shop at the price you will pay at Fender Bender.

My tip is that you can't do better than Fender Bender for your auto body repair! They are par excellence and are very price competitive. I couldn't be happier with the work they did on my RX8 ~ you can't even tell where the damage was! They will continue to get my business if, heaven forbid, I incur more damage to my vehicle.

Exceptional Service. Mike and his team are pleasure and very service oriented. There prices are the best in town. I had a Ford Escape that need front body work. I got a quote from a Ford dealer body shop and Feneder Bender was 60% less expensive than the dealer.

Fender Bender did all th erepairs and my Ford Escape look good as new.

I highly recommend this body shop company.

Terrible service. They are just terrible. They are irresponsible for their service and the woman works there are very RUDE. I've scheduled an appointment for the service and when I got there they said they wouldn't do it because it is raining. So I had to reschedule it. Then, now they are saying because it is cold they don't provide cleaning service and I had to wait until Feb. The whole conversation and process was very unpleasant.
